Easy Returns, Every Time   
Need to return a product? We’ve designed our process to be simple and fair. Please initiate your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure swift resolution. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. In cases of incorrect items or defects, we’ll either send a suitable replacement or offer a refund—whichever works better for you. Once your return is approved, allow 5–7 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. Every returned product goes through a careful quality check before we take the next step.   

Items That Cannot Be Returned   
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, some items are not returnable. This includes innerwear, socks, and swimwear - these items are excluded from returns under all circumstances. Products that have been customised (like monogrammed or altered items) are also not eligible for return unless they are found damaged or defective upon arrival. Final sale items or those purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for return. Likewise, any product that shows signs of being used, worn, altered, or washed will not be accepted. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

However, if you choose to return an item due to personal preferences or a change of mind, the shipping costs will need to be borne by you.
